Nija Lomax

Nija Lomax is a first-year medical student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and an emerging contributor to biomedical research and medical education initiatives at XO2 Health. Her work focuses on precision medicine, protocol-driven care, and the translation of complex medical knowledge into practical applications that support innovative models of care.

Prof. Jin-Xiong She, PhD.

Prof. Jin-Xiong She, PhD is a leading geneticist, biomedical researcher, and founder in precision medicine whose work focuses on longevity science, intracellular NAD⁺ metabolism, and biomarker driven strategies for extending healthspan.

Rebecca Bassham, BCN, qEEG-T, BCB

Rebecca Bassham is a brain health innovator focused on neurological recovery, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and performance restoration. She brings more than 16 years of experience in applied psychophysiology, neurofeedback, and brain-based health optimization.

Martin Weaver, M.D., CAQSM

Martin Weaver, M.D., CAQSM is a double board-certified physician in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His work focuses on non-operative musculoskeletal care, orthobiologics, ultrasound guided procedures, and performance oriented recovery.

Ganesh Kompella

Ganesh Kompella is the Founder of Kompella Technologies, a fractional CTO/CPO practice that partners with venture-backed companies to build and scale technology organizations. His background includes scaling Aesthetic Record to $20M ARR, serving as Chief Product Officer at A’alda through its IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and leading technology strategy at Life Imaging.

Dylan Cloud

Dylan Cloud is an entrepreneur focused on building ventures at the intersection of health, technology, and therapeutic innovation. Motivated by firsthand experience with complex health challenges, he is particularly driven to create products and systems for people who are often overlooked by traditional approaches to care.

James "JJ" Durant, US Army CPT (Ret.)

James “JJ” Durant is a seasoned executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience spanning military service, healthcare, and high-growth wellness ventures. He brings deep expertise in strategy, commercialization, partnerships, and scaled growth to XO2.

Dr. Harold Modrow, PhD.

Harold Modrow, Ph.D. is a senior advisor with leadership experience spanning life sciences, research and development, government programs, and regulatory affairs. His background bridges military medicine, biomedical product development, and large-scale scientific operations.

John W. East, D.O.

John W. East, D.O. is a physician with more than two decades of private practice experience in Texas, with a focus on interventional orthopaedics, spine care, regenerative medicine, and biologic therapies. His work centers on helping patients optimize healing, recovery, and long-term function through advanced non-surgical care.

Christine Urban is a core member of the XO2 team, bringing a decade of experience in the SaaS industry and a strategic business perspective shaped by her MBA. She has co-founded tech incubators, built angel investor networks, and helped guide companies through growth and fundraising.

Maj. Germaine Hawkins, D.O. (Ret.)

Maj. Germaine B. Hawkins, D.O. (Ret.) is an integrative psychiatrist and neuromodulation medicine specialist with deep experience serving both civilian and military populations. His work focuses on PTSD, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, depression, and advanced non-invasive approaches to brain and mental health care.

Clay M. Pendergrass is a retired U.S. Navy Captain and SEAL with more than 30 years of service across global special operations, security cooperation, and care for wounded, ill, and injured operators. He brings unmatched tactical and leadership experience to XO2.

Kerry S. Jackson is a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander and SEAL with 22 years of service across east and west coast SEAL Teams, nine deployments, and leadership roles in operations, training, and force development.
